I took a ride out to Clearwater Beach to read and see the sun set.. Here’s a selective focus time-lapse of the waves coming in as the sun begins to go down, followed by a dense fog very quickly rolling in at dusk.. It got cold quick!

I biked over to John Chestnut Park after dinner tonight.. The first spot I thought I wanted to go to had quite a few mosquitos.. I went to another nearby spot thinking maybe it’d be better, and was greeted with a much better view of this brilliant sunset sky and hardly any mosquitos!

Today was a great day! I made lots of progress on the web site application as soon as I stopped resisting working on it! Went to a couple parks in Oldsmar after helping Jon move into his new house.. I wasn’t feeling the shot I wanted at Mobbly Bayou Preserve so went to Veterans Memorial Park for the time-lapse below. It was funny, I was thinking about ending this shot and going over to the pier at R.E. Olds Park down the road, and then a minute later the camera battery died so my decision was made for me!

I took a drive out to the Dunedin Causeway after renewing my license plate today.. In these shots, you’ll see a couple guys kiteboarding.. I helped Nathaniel launch his kite shortly before setting up the first camera.. I’ll have to come back here again when the tide is going down to do a little planet shot..

Along the causeway in Howard Park as I work on re-coding a new WordPress template for this web site. The sky and feeling in the air after sundown was absolutely amazing and perfectly calm..

Here’s a snapshot with the phone camera while scouting out a location for the shot..

Forgot to consider if the tide would rise when setting this up.. I’m glad I set the camera low enough for an interesting shot yet still a couple/few inches higher than where the tide did rise to!

Next shot will be from a higher angle.. much higher than this when I get a very tall tall tripod in the future..

A chilly and very windy evening along the Dunedin Causeway.. It was a bit of effort to open the car door with the wind blowing so hard against it!
